Rather than overcomplicating the category, we focused on practical, non-invasive solutions that customers could integrate easily into their nightly routine. The aim was to build a brand that feels accessible, trustworthy and effective.
The sleep category is crowded and often dominated by large, established players. As a challenger brand group, we saw an opportunity to compete by listening closely to customer feedback and refining the product experience accordingly.
